Parking

We have very limited overnight parking in the field opposite the Recreation Ground. We no longer use the school playing field as in previous years. You will be directed to the field entrance by our staff. Once the car park is full, no more cars will be admitted and we DO NOT have an alternative. You should consider leaving your car at home. Due to heavy traffic, Forge Lane will be one way so you will need to continue down Forge Lane if the car park is full. Taxi drop off will be at the Top of Forge Lane / Walsall Road.

Cost for parking is £10 and must be paid for with cash as we are in a poor network area and card terminals will not work

The car park is run by volunteer scouts and we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards them or our staff. If you are deemed to have been abusive (swearing or shouting at the scouts etc), you will not be permitted to enter the event and you will forfeit your right to a refund). Security will be supporting the scouts

All cars MUST be removed by midday on Sunday 14th July. Failure to do so may result in your car being towed away.

YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM YOU WERE GIVEN WITH YOUR TICKETS AND PLACE IT ON YOUR DASHBOARD WITH YOUR MOBILE NUMBER

There will be limited disabled spaces on the field and is free to blue badge holders. These spaces really are limited and fill up very quickly.

If you are bringing your car, please do not drive home if you have been drinking. There are a lot of people walking up Forge Lane and children running so we do not want accidents after the even has finished. Security will be monitoring the exits.

Police may be in attendance and they will be watching for drunk drivers
